This upgrade ensures that your visitors receive a well-organized and informative invitation via email. You can conveniently prebook visitors using Outlook, which triggers an automatic notification to the host. Security personnel will have access to an up-to-date list for evacuations through the mobile app. Upon arrival, visitors can use their mobile visitor tickets for entry and check-in. These tickets also allow them to open gates, doors, or speed gates seamlessly. In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which became enforceable on May 25, 2018, EastCoast Solutions has contracted Zacco, a specialist in intellectual property, to perform an independent assessment of both EastCoast Visit and our cloud-based service, EastCoast Express, ensuring they align with the regulatory requirements. The evaluation of EastCoast Visit is now complete, and a new GDPR-compliant version (18 of the product) will be released following the New Year, reflecting our commitment to privacy and data protection. This proactive approach not only reassures our clients but also enhances their overall experience with our services.
