Description

Hay.chat is a source-available AI customer service platform built on the Model Context Protocol. It handles the repetitive stuff (order status, refund requests, address changes) on its own, and routes complex or VIP queries straight to your support team. You write playbooks in plain language to control what gets resolved automatically and what gets escalated. The architecture splits LLM reasoning from action execution. When the AI decides a refund should be processed or a record updated, a separate validation layer checks the decision before anything gets touched. Destructive operations go through two-stage confidence scoring. Connects to the tools e-commerce and SaaS teams already run: Shopify, WooCommerce, Zendesk, HubSpot, Stripe, and others.
