Great product and reassuringly excellent customer service Date: Aug 06 2020
Summary: GreenRope is a vital part of how the company runs, and grows. We understand more about our customers, are able to be so much more responsive. It really is a brilliant product.
Positive: I was looking for a CRM, but what I ended up with was so much more. There's all the email and CRM facilities you'd expect, but with added features such as a great LMS, brilliant automation (I've looked at other products by Keap and Salesforce and GreenRope seems to be able to do so much more).
Customer service is always personal and excellent. Can't fault the people either!Negative: I think the interface could be a bit cleaner. But it's perfectly OK, so that shouldn't put anyone off.

With automation it can be quite complicated as you may want to do something complex that involves multiple journeys and workflows, whereas combining the functionality of journeys and workflows into one thing would make automation setup and monitoring so much easier. Mostly you'll not need this level of complication, however! -

Summary: With Green Rope, I feel like I matter, like my business matters and my satisfaction matters. I really love that.
Positive: My absolute favourite way to get help on GreenRope is from the Chat feature.
The people that provide the support for this feature are so helpful, knowledgeable and not judgemental.
I get helpful tips every time, my issue is usually resolved quickly and I can actually understand how they were fixed and implement those changes into how I do things.
I'm on a massive learning curve here, I'm not a computer guru, but this team, the Green Rope Chat team, they make every day a whole lot easier.Negative: It's taking longer than I would like for our GR website to get up and running. I really need my website to maximize the effectiveness of GR.

Help with webinar features Date: Jan 05 2021
Summary: Great. We appreciate our Green Rope team and support. GreenRope is vital to our clients, communication and business process.
Positive: The communication was good and I am thankful for recording. I do wish it was more clear in the help site, especially during this time when webinars are so vital to business continuity. The CRM is a very good product for us and would love to have input into users experience for enhancements.
Negative: Hard to find answers without booking training sessions. Love to see more white papers on features.

Ian takes the complexity out of the equation Date: Nov 19 2020
Summary: Very very good. As I mentioned above, Ian has the system expertise as well as the ability to communicate it effectively.
Positive: We're in the process of setting up our system and there are a lot of moving parts - which can make it confusing to integrate and activate with our current technologies. Ian not only knows his stuff, he's very good at explaining it.
Negative: I think I'd like to see more overview / top-down information at the beginning of the process.

Greenrope training Date: Nov 12 2020
Summary: Good training because he was showing me real-time exactly what to do on the screen and addressed all my questions as quickly as he could.
Positive: I asked very specific questions and Ian was able to show me exactly how to handle them. Plus, he threw in a little marketing strategy regarding emails.
Negative: Too short - but he's going to offer me another hour and I'll be back with more distinct questions. The more I use the software the easier it gets to navigate!

Summary: Any business at the tip of a major growing streak needs to invest in communication and management of its daily tasks. GreenRope does an excellent job at that.
Positive: - Very flexibly and clutter-free. You only use what you want to use, nothing else.
- Everything from lead generation to website analysis can be integrated with the tool.Negative: - Owing to the plethora of features, it can be daunting to get used to and also create bugs from time to time.
