Summary: Stellar Experience! I couldn't have imagined such a great experience. All I had to do was input what I wanted and boy, oh boy did they kick it up a notch.

Positive: I had the free version forever it seems like which was beautifully executed, I must say. Then I went to their PLUS version and I must say that it was over the top for me. The attention to details is extraordinary and all the focal points were hit. Now my website is warm and inviting. The relationship with Google has been an asset as well. I am seeing more traffic for just questions and to book my services. I am extremely happy. The customer service is timely and spot on as well.

Negative: None. Everything seems to fit rightfully in place.

Summary: A simple yet effective platform to create and constantly upgrade your website at a competitive cost with the added ability to contact developers in making the site reach out and find new customers whilst keeping the site personal and not too commercial looking.

Positive: Simple to add or edit content.

Constant upgrades to the sites features.

Ability to talk to someone for support.

Regular updates to improve rankings.

Negative: Seems more based for online shopping companies and not service providers.

Summary: The overall experience using UENI is fantastic. The pros definitely outweigh the cons. I use this website for my driving school. It does everything that is needed and brings in enough business to justify the cost. Even when i was using the free version it still provided plenty of opportunity.

Positive: Easy to use. Continuous support.
From the free version to the paid version it just gets better.
Attractive and professional.

Negative: Limited design features for what I pay.
Limited stock images to use.

Summary: Excellent.

Positive: The simplicity and the ease of the work involved.

Negative: Never enough time.

Summary: Positive. Overall still setting up and need assistance but a pro more than a con.

Positive: Easy to navigate they set it up basically to get it started... offers constant updates... professional design.

Negative: Limited functionality gallery giving me issues and hard to set up customized sections.

Summary: Would recommend, i am hoping to solve the only negative once I have my follow up phone call with them.

Positive: The communication was excellent, the website was colourful and is easy to edit once it has been made.

Negative: It wasn't set up so that several items could be selected.

Summary: I like UENI and have told others about the website. I am still trying to figure out ways to enhance my website.

Positive: You can contact someone to assist you with ideas and challenges online or by phone. There are nice options to format your home page.

Negative: Wanted to add music and videos to opening of website and on other pages and not clear how to do that.

Summary: Really easy and job well done. I at least have something structured that I can build on. More than happy.

Positive: Professional job and really simple. Knew exactly what I needed with the information I provided. I can focus on my job now.

Negative: Nothing. I couldn't have done this myself as I have no real sense of what to do but this is what these guys do and do well.

Summary: So far so good, looking forward to investigating further and in all likelihood will upgrade, just waiting for an even better offer.

Positive: So far all seems good, have not had time to dig deep into the site.
Support seems good, even the generic upsell discount from the founder.
Look forward to playing with this to see the full capabilities.

Negative: Hate the upsell. If it sounds too good to be true comes to mind but losing 49.00 pounds to investigate is well worth it even if I bin the project. What I don't like is half way through the project being told I would have to pay another 400.00 to have all the features. To add insult to injury when I opted out I was immediately offered a 50% discount, just hate this ploy. Would have been furious had I paid the 400.00 only to find out I could have got a 50% discount had I held out!

Summary: Good value for price compared to competitors. Still needs some work, but hopefully editing will be an easy process.

Positive: Fairly simple to sign up.
Quick, although some delays.
Dealt with queries well when we email across.

Negative: Interface to upload info had a bug so this meant lost opportunities to add to first draft.

Summary: This is my first website so I do not have any comparison but all my customer service contacts have been very positive with friendly and knowledgeable staff.
I do like the website but feel frustrated when trying to navigate and work through my actions and they haven't been updated.

Positive: Friendly customer support.
Prompt email response.
Website template easy to use.
Customisable sections which is great for personalisation.

Negative: Unable to accept voucher/discount codes on checkout.
Doesn't always update actions on dashboard.
The links to other sites are not always clear.

Summary: Overall I find them to be a good company to use, helpful and innovative but for those that aren't up on the relevant tech words surrounding web design I think better explanation and discussion would be good.

Positive: Very friendly company, good and efficient customer service. Great product and package range, easy to use site.

Negative: Although very helpful and informative I felt that certain information was omitted in descriptions which meant that I purchased a deal that ended up not being of any use to me unless I spent a lot more on an upgraded package. Ueni did not lie or tell me otherwise, rather instead they left out parts of their explanation to a layman that really needed it spelt out

Summary: I would refer to friends! This is a great service so far and I'm hoping my joy will last. Great random find!

Positive: Gave them very little information and did a great job giving me something to edit how I wanted. Very Good Service.

Negative: Not much not too like so far. It was very easy, no communication problems.

Summary: Overall, i have some way to go, but i do have confidence that this will go well. I do feel there's support in place should i need help.

Positive: I tried the free site, i loved how it looked. Then i had a LOT of emails about going for the plus, the full package. I eventually caved in, and today signed up. I still have much to learn, i still need to talk to the team, but I'm compiling a list before i book the call, to ensure I get my answers, then I'll feel confident enough to promote my website. 😁

Negative: I did feel slightly pressured into buying the plus, BUT then i realised that was good marketing from UENI, so hopefully my own page will encourage a few sales of my merchandise😁

Summary: Best thing is that’s it’s easy to use and update instantly. Payment option is good to have. Instant option for direct chat would be great to have.

Positive: Easy use and amend instantly.

Great for small business.
Payment option is good.

Negative: Brand name on front page to small.
Too expensive for start up business.
Difficult to upload to portfolio.
Features not in abundance.
