Summary: EspoCRM has solved our main problem of keeping customer data organized and accessible to the whole team. Setup and configuration took some time as we wanted to adapt it to our needs, but now that it's running and handles our day-to-day needs well. I would recommend for small to medium businesses that need solid and stable system.
Positive: EspoCRM has been a great choice for our small team of 5. We use it to organize our client and lead data, generate sales reporting, and occasionally send marketing newsletters. The Campaigns feature has simplified our outreach, we can manage mass emails and track open rates without a separate, expensive marketing platform. We've also found that the Kanban board view for opportunities is really helpful for our team to visualize the sales pipeline and of course workflows helped to automate lots of routine record updates.
Negative: I'd like to see more official integrations with popular apps.

Negative: I didn't encounter any major issues. If you have some technical background, you'd be able to customize the platform even more that through the UI
