    Summary: While not a ready to use solution, Kanboard is the most comprehensive FOSS alternatives to project management softwares like Jira. Perfect for small teams working on personal projects wanting to follow kanban process.

    Positive: Free & Open Source.
    Color schemes to visualize work flow.
    Drag & Drop Interface.
    Self Hosted solution.
    Available for Windows & most of the popular Linux flavors.

    Negative: Initial setup is a hassle - requires to set up a web server with php installed and then move the source code.
    Project is in maintenance mode - no active development.
