Summary: I've had a really great experience since using Trello. Previously, my projects were much later, we took longer to carry out and manage each of the projects because it was something that we had to do individually, however, since Trello came to our company, everything improved exponentially and we were able to obtain the capacity to generate great changes in our projects. Trello has allowed us to carry out more detailed projects, with more organization, with more collaboration from the various members who contribute their grain of sand and generate new ideas to advance the project to its completion.

Positive: Trello has incredible functionality for the creation, administration and management of all kinds of business projects. In our company, projects are the key subject to be able to develop all kinds of advances and generate consecutive progress in our business sector. The projects that we generate every day with the help of Trello are fantastic, since Trello allows us to work together and create projects with the participation of several people, and thus we can complete various projects as a group, without having to carry out a complicated process that involves doing projects individually. In addition, another of the characteristics that I liked about Trello is that all kinds of changes or advances that are made in the projects will be reflected in real time, everyone will be able to see those changes instantly from their Trello account.

Negative: For now, I have not had any complications using this software to manage my business projects. Trello has been a key platform for our business development and for creating short and long-term projects. I have never had any problems since using Trello, I am very happy to be using this great platform to manage all kinds of projects that we develop in our company.

Summary: With Trello I can manage work time within the company in relation to projects, since previously we had a problem with deadlines established for final delivery and it was not met on time. Another solution that this platform gave me is the ease of communication between my work team, assigned tasks, fewer mistakes and endless improvements for work performance. We liked the Trello board for the simplicity and ease of needing new staff to use this project management platform.

Positive: Trello is very effective when it comes to working on projects collaboratively with different people within the company. It's cross-platform, so I can manage projects both on the desktop and on the phone in real time. Within the project I can break it down to see each task assigned to the work team and I can also manage the team so that they are in different columns. Once each task within a project is finished, a notification arrives to the email, this allows me to stay updated on who is up to date. Month like that you can easily integrate it with Google Calendar, having a preview of the scheduled dates as the due dates.

Negative: I have bad experience when there are a lot of cards since in the application for mobile devices it tends to slow down, this causes us to limit ourselves to the use of cards since if there is slowness in the work process then work performance decreases. It is a bit complicated to edit a project that is copied because we practically have to edit everything from scratch, which is not so attractive since if I copy a project it is to literally do the same.

Summary: Trello is very simple and easy to use. It has eliminated the need for users to take notes because they can make these notes on the software. The notification features makes sure no user misses any project updates

Positive: I like the way we use Trello to track time spent on perfoming project tasks. Creating boards for specific team members i s easy. It features the Kanban system which is used to create tasks and break them down into subtasks

Negative: The users of free version have limited storage. However this storage can be increased when the user upgrades the subscription

Summary: Our experience with Trello was flawless. We got a powerful manager on the screen to control workflow. The overall platform is very useful for remote workers.

Positive: Trello is one of the best and my personal favorite tool for project management. You can easily set up your goals and roadmap and track your progress. It is best suitable for businesses to keep track of the project development process.

Negative: I have been using Trello for a long and I genuinely do not find any con in using this.

Summary: This platform is the absolute easiest to use, to reconfigure as your needs change, and to help organize anything from your household chores to your entire workday.

Positive: The free version is very robust, and the add-ons and not too expensive if you really need that extra specific something.

Negative: Website version could offer more speed/bandwidth in syncing to app version.

Summary: Our overall, experience has been very positive towards the Trello platform, it helped in our remote work in many ways. Also, allows us to work collaborated and effectively. Highly recommend.

It increases the collaboration spirit. It's very simple, a new user easily starts using it in a short period. I love its customized dashboard.

Negative: Team collaboration is not great as used in Slack or Basecamp platform. It needs to work on it.
