Summary: I'd say small teams should use Trello, but bigger ones should use proper project tracking software instead.

Positive: My team used Trello a few years ago to keep track of who was working on what, and when to check back in with other team members. Really helped us stay on track!

Negative: After Atlassian bought Trello it also just felt a little redundant like if we used Jira and integrated with software release schedules there's less of a need for Trello.

Summary: It's one of the best work assignment and collaboration software to use. The best part is all assigned work appears as tickets which can easily dragged and dropped based on the status defined in different column. You don't need to pay to use this feature packed platform. It has very good APP, which itself is full of all features.

Positive: 1. I am using to assign work to my team mates and keep a check on progress.

3. Work/project are placed as Tickets which are easy to drag and drop based on current status.

5. Completely feature packed Mobile application.

Negative: Its great and been using it as to do list. No cons.

Summary: Very nice tool. I prefer it to something like Jira which is too full-on in my view.

I tried Monday.com which was over rated and had too much going on.

Positive: Clean user interface.
Easy to set up and use.
You can use if for any type of tasks.
Good for users to learn (getting used to it).
It is quite intuitive.

Negative: Can't think of anything major however some useful rich add-on may be nice.

Summary: Overall it's a great program and especially for a free one you can do a lot within it for the cost.

Positive: Super easy way to create tasks and lists that you want to track and organize into groups and complete.

Negative: There's not a much customization as other programs offer.

Summary: This platform has allowed us to have better time management in relation to the execution of tasks and the planning of projects, no matter if they are small or large scale. The visibility of the follow-ups is really broad, it has allowed me to manage several projects at the same time with different characteristics and work teams, organizing my workflow with this platform has been one of the best performances I have had.

Positive: I loved how easy it was to implement this platform. It was easy to start developing projects with it and it wasn't difficult to assign tasks from the first moment of use, so I can assure you that it has an intuitive interface. Its panel is very customizable, so you can organize the view of the projects without any limitations, allowing you to manage different projects with different tasks at the same time in the same main panel without losing the sense of follow-up. All the follow-up happens in real time, so it is not necessary to wait for updates or have someone on staff to report the status of the projects, so you could say that this work is automated by having all this management in the same platform. It has several native integrations for the exchange, import and export of data, and the API is very easy to work with in case there is no direct integration with this platform.

Negative: Most of the features cannot be used offline, which is a bit annoying because I don't always need to be connected to the internet to be able to update the status of my completed tasks, so it wouldn't be bad to have most of the features available when there is no internet connection. The notifications section is a bit overwhelming, I would like to have the ability to choose what I want to be notified about and what I don't, since it can be annoying to receive notifications that aren't necessary and even more so when they arrive in large batches. In any case, these are two small cons that I see in this platform, it has been very useful to me and I only hope that it can improve over time since it is my default project and task manager.
