Form filling that actually works Date: May 04 2026
Summary: Filled in a lengthy insurance claim form with over thirty fields distributed on different pages. All the fields were successfully detected automatically, and tabbing through all the sections helped to spend less time filling in this form about five minutes instead of twenty.
Positive: Fillable fields detected automatically, and text input snapped right into place without alignment issues. Tab key moved between fields logically, which made completing a long form feel fast and natural.
Negative: Non-standard form fields were not recognized automatically in one of the documents; manual placement of the text into these areas required more effort than the previous steps, but was not difficult.

Fast conversions and clean output Date: Apr 28 2026
Summary: Needed to pull individual slides from a PDF deck and turn them into images for a social media campaign. Each JPG came out sharp and correctly sized, ready to drop straight into our scheduling tool.
Positive: PDF to JPG conversion produced crisp images from every page, with no blurriness or weird cropping. Batch processing multiple files at once saved a noticeable amount of time compared to handling them individually.
Negative: A preview of converted images before downloading would be a nice touch. Right now you download first, then check quality, which means re-running if something doesn't look right on a particular page.

Annotation tools are well designed Date: Apr 28 2026
Summary: Was reviewing a lease agreement and needed to flag several clauses for my landlord. Annotated directly on the PDF, added comments in the margins, and sent it back looking professional and organized.
Positive: Highlighting, text boxes, and sticky notes all work smoothly without slowing down page rendering. Color options are solid, placement feels precise, and annotations save correctly every time you download.
Negative: The annotation toolbar is slightly harder to see on small screens because it becomes part of the header, and a user may just scroll past it without knowing that all those functions are already present.

Signing documents got way simpler Date: Apr 28 2026
Summary: Signed a freelance contract without needing to print, scan, or install anything. Opened it on ZenDocs, placed my signature on three pages, downloaded, and sent it back within five minutes flat.
Positive: Digital signature tool lets you draw, type, or upload a signature, then place it precisely where needed. Alignment guides made positioning easy, and signed files downloaded instantly without watermarks or limits.
Negative: Font options for typed signatures could use a bit more variety. Current selection works fine, but having a few additional handwriting-style fonts would make typed signatures look more natural and personal

Compression without losing quality Date: Apr 28 2026
Summary: Needed to email a large PDF to a client who had a strict attachment size limit. Ran it through ZenDocs, compression brought it well under the cap, and nothing in the document looked different afterward.
Positive: File sizes dropped significantly while visual quality stayed intact. Compressed a 40MB proposal down to under 5MB without noticeable degradation in charts, images, or text clarity across any of its pages.
Negative: Wish there was an option to choose between compression levels, like a slider for balancing size versus quality. Right now it picks for you, which works but limits control over output.

Useful JPG to PDF Date: Apr 28 2026
Summary: One compact review file was needed for teammates instead of five loose screenshots. It made the PDF quickly and the image order did not need redoing afterward.
Positive: Combined several mockups into one PDF for review while preserving their order perfectly. The process from an image to a pdf went rather quickly, and the results turned out to be really good-looking.
Negative: A drag preview option before upload would be perfect in cases with many pictures to work with.

ZenDocs for redlines Date: Apr 28 2026
Summary: Zendocs was used during a project handoff to add redlines and sign the final version. The review loop felt efficient and the file came back clean enough for sharing 😊
Positive: Annotated a scope PDF, highlighted two deadline changes, and sent it back to the vendor the same hour. Comments stayed readable, and export was quick.
Negative: A more visible color picker for annotations would help when several reviewers are marking different items.

Clean file reorder Date: Apr 22 2026
Summary: A welcome packet needed cleanup before being emailed to a guest, so page tools mattered most, reordering and deleting worked exactly as expected 😊
Positive: Sorted pages within a scanned visitor packet, removed a duplicate page, and then quickly downloaded the document. The options were obvious, and everything was easy to find.
Negative: Adding an explanation tooltip for each page action will make it easier for new users to understand what is happening.

Deck export cleanup Date: Apr 13 2026
Summary: A client pitch deck required last minute polishing, making speed of conversion a priority over having an advanced editor available.
Positive: Reformatted a presentation pitch deck from PDF to PowerPoint format for some last minute editing, then reformatted back into PDF format. This was successful, with the layout remaining functional, and the process being fast.
Negative: More clarity on font types that might change in the process could be useful.

Easy statement cleanup Date: Apr 08 2026
Summary: Cleaner PDFs were needed for document follow-up at the branch, not a full editing suite. Reordering, deleting pages, and compressing covered exactly what the job called for.
Positive: Removed blank pages from scanned statements, reordered the rest, and compressed everything for secure email. The controls were clear, and the files stayed legible.
Negative: Password protection was easy enough, though the option could sit a little closer to the export actions.

Positive: Turned menu photos into one PDF for the café owner and kept the image order intact. Merging images into pdf was easy, and the upload steps were clear.
Negative: Some additional cropping tips could have helped before converting these photos, since some were taken using a phone.

ZenDocs contract fix Date: Apr 08 2026
Summary: I did a small fix in the agreement with ZenDocs, signed, and downloaded the contract before my next call – quite an efficient process.
Positive: Changed the address on the client contract, added the date, and reissued it later that day. It was fast to edit the PDF and sign the document.
Negative: It’s good to have page thumbnails here, however, a little bit more difference in color between the selected and unselected pages would be nice.

Good for price sheets Date: Apr 03 2026
Summary: A price sheet had to be updated before opening, so quick conversion mattered. Going from PDF to Word and back definitely saved a lot of retyping.
Positive: I took a supplier file and converted it from a PDF into a Word document so I could edit the item numbers, and then I exported it back out. Surprisingly, the text kept its layout better than I would have expected.
Negative: Tables needed a tiny cleanup after conversion, and a few more font choices would be nice.
